Strolling along the quay of the port of Etaples is a bit like jumping head-first into a post-card ! The multicoloured pleasure boats ... the white, cheerful seagulls... the blue expanse which on fine days encompasses both sea and sky ... and the huge yellow arms of the "Roulev", a shipyard machine - painters from the Etaples School have never been able to resist such palette of colours. Depending on the times of the tides and the weather conditions fish freshly caught in the Channel are sold directly from stalls. Fish and Shellfish, the delight of every gourmet, are available from our fishmongers.
